This Privacy Policy applies to the Al-Tuqa app (referred to as “Application”), developed and operated by KB STUDIO LLC (referred to as “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use “AS IS”.
Information We Collect
The Service Provider does not collect, store, or share any personal information from users of the Application. We do not collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, location data, device identifiers, usage analytics, or any other personally identifiable information.
AI Features and Third-Party Processing
The Application uses artificial intelligence features powered by Anthropic’s API. When you use these features, the text you enter is transmitted to Anthropic, PBC for processing in order to generate a response. This transmission is necessary solely to deliver the AI functionality of the Application.
The Service Provider does not store, log, or retain any of the content you submit through the AI features. However, Anthropic may process and temporarily retain submitted data in accordance with their own privacy practices. The Service Provider has no control over Anthropic’s data handling. Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the Application, please contact us at the email below so we can take appropriate action.
Security
Since the Service Provider does not collect or store user data, there is no personal data at risk on our end. All AI processing is handled by Anthropic in accordance with their security practices.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
